Qualifications

• Minimum educational standards as set forth by the company and government regulations.
• Experience caring for young children (6 weeks to 5 years).
• Infant CPR preferred and mandatory background checks as required by state and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and well-being of children while implementing the infant program.
• Plan, implement, and supervise the infant care program as designated by The Learning Experience.
• Compile observations and communicate with families daily; follow center policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings and support center staff as requested.
