Job summary

Ideal candidates bring an AA in early childhood education or higher, plus EEC Lead Teacher certification, three years of teaching, and experience coaching

Qualifications

• AA in Early Childhood Education or higher; EEC Lead Teacher certification preferred
• Three years of teaching experience required
• Experience coaching and mentoring adult learners
• Valid driver's license and transportation for local travel
• Competent computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
• Oral and written communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check (BRC)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate curriculum development, implementation and evaluation
• Oversee learning environments and child assessment
• Provide educational opportunities and training for home providers in FCC system
