The Learning Experience in Kings Park, NY seeks a passionate Curriculum Director to champion educational excellence and inspire our teaching team.

You will partner with the Center Director to nurture a joyful, safe, high-performing learning environment, mentor teachers, oversee the LEAP Curriculum, and support family engagement and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• New York State administrative or director credentials are required or highly preferred.
• Experience in curriculum implementation and developmentally appropriate practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Center Director to support daily center operations and maintain a high-quality educational program.
• Coach, mentor, and empower teachers to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Coordinate family conferences and ensure strong family engagement and communication.
• Lead the implementation of the L.E.A.P. Curriculum across classrooms and monitor alignment with standards.
• Oversee staff development meetings and provide ongoing feedback for growth and accountability.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing, and regulatory compliance in all center operations.
