The Learning Experience - Corporate Childcare Centers in Kings Park, NY is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide early education programs. You will set the academic foundation for lifelong learning, nurture curiosity, and model positive interactions for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.

As an Educational Leader, you will plan and implement the proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, lead classroom teams, ensure safety, and communicate with families about children's progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in childcare with classroom leadership roles.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines including immunizations and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming classroom.
• Implement LEAP Curriculum® for Infants to Preschool.
• Prioritize safety and nurturing environment.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress.
• Collaborate with staff to support retention and enrollment.
• Foster warm relationships with families and colleagues.
