New Horizon Academy in Downtown St. Paul is seeking a motivated Curriculum Coordinator to join our management team. You will train teachers, mentor staff, review lesson plans, and fill in in classrooms as needed.

Qualifications

• AA degree or working towards BA in Early Childhood Education.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for teachers.
• Flexible full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 6am–6pm.
• Childcare experience preferred.
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training new teachers in the classroom.
• Mentor new or existing teachers.
• Review lesson plans.
• Replace a staff member in the classroom as needed.
• Support management and curriculum implementation.
