Job summary

New Horizon Academy is seeking an Early Childhood Manager in Training for the Twin Cities area in Minnesota. The ECMT program offers rotations at centers and at the corporate office with mentors and trainers to develop leadership skills in curriculum execution, licensing, enrollment, and family relations.

Candidates with at least 2 years in a licensed early childhood setting and an AA in ECED or related field are encouraged to apply. Management opportunities exist after program completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a licensed early childhood setting.
• AA Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Meet Program Administrator qualifications for NAEYC accreditation.
• Knowledge of Rule 3, NAEYC, SEEDS Ez-Write and Creative Curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ECMT rotations at centers and at the corporate office with mentors/trainers.
• Receive training on curriculum execution, licensing, enrollment program, and parent/customer relations.
• Upon completion, be considered for management opportunities such as Curriculum Coordinator, Assistant Director, or Director.
