Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is hiring for an Early Care and Education Center role at AVH in New Hampshire. You will support youth development through play-based practices and collaborate with families and the healthcare community to foster holistic growth.

Responsibilities include planning curriculum, supervising staff and volunteers, maintaining records, and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment aligned with NG standards and club policies.

Qualifications

• Associate teacher qualification before Nov 6, 2017 or 1000+ hours supervised child care.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of current teaching methods and curriculum development.
• Ability to plan and implement quality programs with emergent curriculum.
• Willing to drive Club van and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that facilitates Youth Development Outcomes.
• Plan curricula to meet individual youth needs with emergent elements.
• Supervise classroom staff, practicum students, and volunteers.
• Maintain weekly records and reporting for center operations.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance with policies.
