Qualifications

• Understanding of child development.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass a full background check.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Engage in 4 hours yearly of professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in a co-teaching environment with infants and preschoolers.
• Maintain a safe environment for children and staff.
• Implement Vermont's Licensing regulations.
