Job summary

Williston Enrichment Center in Williston, VT is seeking passionate assistant teachers for part-time roles across Infant to Preschool classrooms. Positions range from 10 to 30 hours per week with options to combine to full-time, and we offer a $1000 hiring bonus.

You will support daily activities, implement a Reggio-inspired curriculum, communicate with families, assist with health checks, and benefit from a comprehensive package after probation including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Must pass a fingerprint-based background check.
• Completed college-level course in child development, or willingness to complete within 12 months.
• Partial or full scholarships available through state agencies to cover coursework.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities, curriculum, and routines for young children.
• Communicate with families and follow a Reggio-inspired philosophy.
• Assist with health checks in the mornings and opening/closing routines.
