Florence Crittenton in Helena, MT is seeking an Early Childhood Classroom Support Staff to assist teachers in delivering nurturing, developmentally appropriate activities for children ages 0–5.

You’ll help with daily routines, transitions, meals, rest time, and group activities, while supporting a safe, inclusive learning environment and building strong relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

Our Child Enrichment Center is looking for a caring, dependable individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Classroom Support Staff. In this role, you’ll work alongside teachers to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children ages 0–5. Whether you’re supporting one classroom or several throughout the day, you’ll play an important part in helping children learn, grow, and thrive.
