Responsibilities

• Actively supports the mission and caring model principles in daily tasks.

• Assists the Teacher with curriculum activities and planning.
• Assists Teacher in weekly and daily scheduling.

• Addresses the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs of children with respect.
• Maintains a warm, loving, and respectful attitude toward all children.
• Supervises children and ensures their safety, reporting hazards.
• Creates engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environments.
