Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient with children.
• Knowledge of health information handling laws (HIPAA/Stark) and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Teacher in caring for children aged 2-12 years.
• Contribute ideas for a developmentally appropriate curriculum and carry out planned activities.
• Assist Teacher in daily scheduling and parent discussions.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and respectful environment for all children.
• Identify potential hazards and complete incident reports as needed.
