Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum CDA with preschool endorsement or higher in Early Childhood Education/Development.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must pass drug test and pre-employment tests if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children.
• Support safety checks of classroom and outdoor areas weekly.
• Help organize classroom spaces for learning, eating, resting and play.
• Assist with attendance, bus monitoring, and daily schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality; support parent/family communication.
• Participate in required trainings and comply with licensure and Head Start standards.
