The Learning Experience is hiring Assistant Teachers in New Jersey. You will partner with teachers to create a warm, stimulating classroom where infants to preschool children can learn and grow using our L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.

You will support safety, family communication, and collaborative center operations to drive engagement and retention. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and a passion for early childhood education; ECE coursework is a plus and state

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Prior childcare experience or demonstrated passion for early childhood education preferred.
• Must meet state guidelines and immunization/health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Classroom Leadership: partner with teachers to create a welcoming, educational space.
• Curriculum Implementation: support the L.E.A.P. Curriculum for infants to preschool.
• Safety First: maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Family Communication: update parents on child progress via apps and in-person discussions.
• Center Collaboration: work with staff to drive retention, enrollment and engagement.
• Relationship Builder: foster warm relationships with families and colleagues.
