• Greets each child in a warm, friendly manner.
• Reads each child’s files to understand medical and developmental histories.
• Interacts with children and encourages involvement in activities.
• Maintains a warm, safe, clean, and appealing environment for growth and exploration.
• Assists in daily activities and ensures health, welfare, and safety of children.
• Supports supervision of toileting and bathroom time.
• Assists with family-style meals and snack-related records.
• Maintains daily attendance and ongoing developmental records.
• Collaborates with staff to foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Keeps information confidential and adheres to policies.
