The Learning Experience Corp - Tucson, AZ is seeking Assistant Teachers who are ambassadors of happiness and are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children, their families, and the communities we serve.

Role includes classroom leadership, curriculum implementation with our L.E.A.P. Curriculum, safety-first practices, and active family communication. Collaborative teamwork helps drive enrollment and engagement while maintaining a nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in childcare or demonstrable passion for early childhood education preferred.
• Must meet state guidelines including immunizations, employment physicals, and health/safety training.

Responsibilities

• Classroom leadership: partner with teachers to create a welcoming space for learning and growth.
• Curriculum implementation: support teachers with the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting to infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers.
• Safety first: maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children to thrive.
• Family communication: update parents on progress and milestones via apps and in-person discussions.
• Center collaboration: work with staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Relationship building: foster warm relationships with families and colleagues.
