Qualificações

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous experience with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting is encouraged.
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. in caring for children.
• Must pass required state background checks and meet state licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through active engagement.
• Prepare classroom materials and ensure a safe, clean, inviting learning environment.
• Supervise and provide individualized support to children and foster belonging.
• Communicate with families about children's progress and daily activities.
