Job summary

Qualifications

• CDA credential required.
• Bachelor's degree in birth-kindergarten or related field or CDA with sufficient coursework.
• Experience in an early childhood setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
• Assist children individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Supervised students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, and school grounds.
• Coordinate instructional efforts with the classroom teacher.
• Prepare lesson materials and classroom displays for assigned classroom(s).
• Participate in daily transportation duties involving children’s arrival and departure.
• Create an inclusive environment with positive communication and public relations.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
