Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in HR, business, or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication to engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities and events.
• Comfort with data, trackers, reporting, dashboards, and program metrics.
• Ability to think critically, advise, and escalate when needed.
• Judgement, confidentiality, adaptability, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support assigned early career programs, internships, and campus events.
• Develop and deliver early career content and communications.
• Coordinate campus visits, career fairs, interview days, onboarding.
• Support program planning, tracking trends, and leadership updates.
• Identify improvements to processes and candidate experience.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for candidates, interns, hiring managers, and partners.
• Maintain data, dashboards, and program documentation.
