White & Case LLP in New York is seeking a high-caliber recruiter for its early careers function to support the best-in-class recruitment of legal talent. You will manage relationships with law schools, coordinate the summer associate program, oversee mentoring, and monitor recruitment metrics while partnering with HR and business contact points to deliver strong hiring outcomes.

The role requires excellent client management, presentation skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional recruiting experience in a law firm or other professional services' recruiting department.
• Strong technical skills on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, viRecruit, viDesktop or other Talent Management Systems.
