Job summary

Sodexo in the United States is seeking an Early Careers & Apprenticeship Advisor to support managers and HR teams, keep data accurate, and promote opportunities across sites.

You will travel to different client sites, coordinate campaigns, and track learner activity to ensure momentum. Experience in apprenticeships, HR, L&D, or programme administration is preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in apprenticeships, Early Careers, HR, L&D, employability, data coordination or programme administration.
• Ability to challenge thinking constructively and help teams find practical solutions.
• Strong organisation with attention to detail and ability to juggle moving parts.
• Proficient in using MS programmes, reporting systems and data to produce updates and insights.
• Proactive communication, promotion and follow-up to reach the right people at the right time.
• Willingness to travel regularly to support teams across different sites.

We're looking for an

Early Careers & Apprenticeship Advisorwho can help turn activity into impact. This role is about supporting the business, keeping data accurate and visible, and helping colleagues understand and engage with our Early Careers and apprenticeship opportunities.

We need someone who thinks differently, respectfully challenges the norm and is confident getting out into the business. You'll spend time across our sites, working with teams face to face, so travel will be a key part of the role. You'll need to be resilient, adaptable and able to build relationships with operational teams while keeping the detail on track.

If you're passionate about early careers, enjoy connecting people with the right information, and can use data and communication to keep momentum moving, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll help make happen

• Support managers and HR teams with practical guidance, information and coordination around Early Careers and apprenticeship offers

• Promote Early Careers and apprenticeship opportunities across the business, making sure teams know what is available and how to get involved.

• Help bring campaigns, events, work experience and social mobility activity to life through clear communication and strong follow-up.

What you’ll bring

• Resilience, flexibility and the willingness to travel regularly to support teams and learners across different sites.
• Experience supporting apprenticeship activity, learner tracking or programme administration.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship processes, learner records or provider communication.
• Experience working with schools, colleges or community organisations.
• Understanding of social mobility and barriers facing young people.
• Experience promoting initiatives, creating updates or supporting engagement across a busy business.
