Job summary

Belvedere Trading in Chicago is seeking an Early Career Talent Partner to own intern, entry-level, and early career hiring for our Technology & Platform team. You will lead campus recruitment, engage with university communities, and build a strong employer brand among colleges that feed top engineering talent.

You will partner with Tech leadership to shape sourcing and assessment, sponsor hackathons, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruitment experience, preferably with intern, entry-level and early career talent pools in fintech, big tech, and financial firms.

Responsibilities

• Execute campus recruitment strategy for the Technology & Platform team and influence future intern, campus, and early career recruiting cycles.
• Sponsor, attend, and support hackathons to identify strong engineers early and build Belvedere's reputation in the community.
• Own and sharpen our technical assessment process: partner with engineering leaders to build, run, and iterate coding challenges and technical interviews.
• Evaluate technical skill as students progress, focusing on genuine problem-solving and coding ability.
• Foster relationships with CS departments, coding clubs, and open-source groups to position Belvedere as a destination employer.
• Full-cycle campus recruiting for Technology & Platform roles: manage high-volume pipeline from application through offer, with People Operations coordination.
• Partner with Technology & Platform hiring managers to translate stack and skill needs into sourcing criteria.
• Represent Belvedere during campus visits and virtual open houses, presenting internship programs and growth paths.
• Elevate diversity recruiting via college partnerships, student organizations, and events.
• Retroactively analyze engagement to measure ROI of partnerships and engagements.
• Provide a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience by aligning with Belvedere's core values.
