Job summary

Belvedere Trading, LLC in Chicago seeks an Early Career Talent Partner to own intern, entry-level, and early career hiring for our Technology & Platform team, building a pipeline of engineers who will scale the systems our trading business runs on.

You will own stakeholder relationships with Technology & Platform leadership, develop relationships with student groups, and lead campus recruiting while partnering with People Operations to deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience and

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruitment experience in fintech, big tech, or financial firms.
• Experience managing resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling, and offers.
• Proven success recruiting at multiple universities in competitive markets.
• Comfort discussing technical concepts with hackathon organizers, CS faculty, and student groups.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel during peak campus recruiting periods.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus recruitment for Technology & Platform teams and influence intern and early career cycles.
• Sponsor and support hackathons to source top engineers and strengthen Belvedere's brand.
• Own and refine technical assessment processes with engineering leaders.
• Evaluate students' coursework and coding ability beyond AI-assisted outputs.
• Build relationships with CS departments, coding clubs, and open-source groups.
• Oversee full-cycle campus recruiting from application to offer in partnership with People Operations.
• Collaborate with Technology & Platform hiring managers on sourcing strategy.
• Represent Belvedere at campus visits and virtual open houses.
• Advance diversity recruiting through college partnerships and events.
• Analyze engagement and partnership outcomes to improve processes.
