Job summary

Belvedere Trading, a leading proprietary trading firm based in Chicago, is seeking an Early Career Talent Partner to own hiring for the Trading Department, building pipelines of quantitative traders and trading-adjacent talent.

You will develop campus relationships, manage full-cycle recruiting for interns and graduates, partner with trading leadership, and represent Belvedere at competitions and industry events to strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years recruitment experience, preferably with intern, entry-level and early career talent pools in fintech, professional services, and financial firms.
• Experience recruiting at multiple universities in highly competitive markets, ideally within quantitative trading, prop trading, or finance.
• Comfortable engaging with quantitative and markets-adjacent concepts (probability, statistics, game theory).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed during peak campus recruiting periods in the fall and spring.

Responsibilities

• Execute the early career recruitment strategy for the Trading Department and influence future campus recruiting cycles.
• Full-cycle campus recruiting for Trading roles: manage a high-volume candidate pipeline from initial application through Super Day and offer stage, in partnership with our People Operations team.
• Partner with Trading hiring managers to understand evolving skill and market needs and translate them into sourcing strategy and candidate evaluation criteria.
• Represent Belvedere during campus visits and virtual open houses, presenting our internship programs and early trading talent development paths.
• Retroactively analyze engagement efforts to understand ROI and effectiveness of partnerships.
