Job summary

Kiewit in Houston, TX is seeking an Entry Level Talent Acquisition Advisor to implement recruiting strategies for interns and new graduates. You will build relationships with managers to recruit top early career talent across engineering and construction groups, owning the recruitment process end-to-end.

You will coordinate campus activities, manage pipelines, and provide market insights to leaders while leveraging ATS and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to travel overnight throughout the US and/or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills, and fit.
• Plan and execute on-campus recruiting activities and partner with recruiters.
• Align talent with business needs and candidate preferences.
• Execute end-to-end recruiting using current tools and processes.
• Lead intake meetings with leaders for position alignment and market insights.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on requisition approvals and postings.
• Utilize recruiting technology platforms and provide weekly management reports.
• Assess candidate quality and negotiate offers when needed.
• Understand market conditions to build early talent pipelines.
• Translate business strategy into a talent strategy.
