Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking new graduates for PhD/post-doc scientists and engineers to join our Early Career Program across R&D, Manufacturing & Engineering, ISC, and IS functions in North America.

You will tackle open-ended problems, drive initiatives delivering business value, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals. Qualified candidates hold a PhD in a relevant field, with graduation by November 2027, and a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related field.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Must be eligible to comply with U.S. export control laws.
