You will solve open-ended problems, drive initiatives, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals through collaboration across teams. Eligible candidates have a PhD in a relevant discipline with graduation by November 2027 and a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or other related discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.000 scale).
