Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking new graduate PhD scientists and engineers for roles in R&D and adjacent functions across multiple sites in North America.

You will solve open-ended problems, drive initiatives with business value, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals, while collaborating with teams and applying innovative technologies. Eligible candidates hold a PhD in a related field and will have graduation by November 2027, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Data Science or related discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Preferred GPA 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
