Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking PhD scientists/engineers for early-career roles in R&D, Manufacturing & Engineering, ISC, and IS across North America. You will tackle open-ended problems, drive initiatives that create business value, and develop broad technical expertise while collaborating across Dow teams and functions to contribute to sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• PhD required in a relevant discipline with graduation no later than November 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (preferred).
• Eligible for U.S. export control compliance.
