Job summary

Luse Contracting Group is seeking an Project Engineer / Early Career Project Manager for Abatement Services in the Chicagoland area. You will handle estimating, securing and executing asbestos/lead/mold abatement and related environmental projects, working across teams to grow the business and maintain trusted client relationships.

The role targets developing into a Project Manager handling $2–$4 million in annual sales, with a salary range of $45,000–$70,000 and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree (or 2+ years’ related work experience).
• OSHA 10/30 Certification and Asbestos/Lead License would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from inception to closeout (cradle to grave).
• Define scope, timeline and goals for each project assigned and estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their work.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions.
• Collaborate across Luse service lines and branches to help grow our overall business.
