Job summary

Luse Contracting Group, based in Aurora, IL, seeks an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to lead asbestos/lead/mold abatement projects in the Chicagoland area. You will estimate, bid, and execute work, guiding teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget while expanding client relationships.

The role targets $2–$4 million in annual sales, with a salaried range of $70,000–$100,000 and a bonus plan. Benefits include vehicle mileage, medical, optical and dental insurance, 401(k), profit sharing,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of abatement and/or soft demolition experience.
• Associate's Degree or related experience.
• Annual estimating and project management in excess of $1 million annually.
• OSHA 10/30 Certification and Asbestos/Lead License would be a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
• Managerial, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Presentation, sales and negotiation capabilities.
• Fiscal responsibility and ability to forecast with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; computerized estimating a plus.
• Field take off skills. Blueprint reading is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from inception to closeout (cradle to grave).
• Define scope, timeline and goals for each project assigned and estimate resources needed.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions.
• Collaborate across Luse service lines and branches to help grow our overall business.
