Job summary

Luse Contracting Group in Aurora, IL is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Executive for Abatement Services to lead asbestos/lead/mold projects in the Chicagoland area.

You will own cradle-to-grave project management, define scope, lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive annual project volumes of several million dollars, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of abatement and/or soft demolition experience.
• Minimum of Associate’s Degree or related experience.
• Annual estimating and project management in excess of $5million annually.
• OSHA 10/30 Certification and Asbestos/Lead License would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from inception to closeout (“cradle to grave”).
• Define scope, timeline and goals for each project assigned and estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their work.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions.
• Collaborate across Luse service lines and branches to help grow our overall business.
