Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
• 1–4 years of relevant process engineering experience.
• Interest in energy, chemicals, power generation, life sciences, or related industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of process engineering deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, Basis of Design, and related docs).
• Perform process engineering calculations under supervision (heat/mass balances, sizing, relief sizing).
• Support process simulation and modeling using HYSYS or Pro/II.
• Assist with feasibility studies, technology options, and utility system evaluations.
• Participate in process safety reviews (PHA/HAZOP/FMEA/LOPA) and design reviews.
• Assist with equipment specification, procurement support, and vendor communications.
• Coordinate with disciplines, project managers, and clients for integrated design.
• Support startup, commissioning, field investigations, and project closeout.
