As a new graduate, you will solve open-ended problems, drive value for business and customers, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals while building broad technical expertise. You will collaborate with Dow teams, advancing innovations and integrating new technologies, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• PhD required in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline.
• Graduation date no later than November 2027.
• Preferred GPA minimum of 3.00 on a 4.000 scale.
