Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 0–2 years of experience (internships/co-ops counted).
• Hands-on exposure to manufacturing, testing, product design, troubleshooting, fabrication, repair, or technical work.
• Demonstrated curiosity about how products and processes work, with a desire to learn.
• Humble and coachable, willing to seek feedback and build mastery through practice.

Responsibilities

• Learn structured problem solving by investigating challenges across manufacturing, quality, supplier, and customer aspects.
• Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, BOMs, routings, configurations, and engineering records used through the product lifecycle.
• Build disciplined engineering execution by applying approved changes and maintaining technical information across systems.
• Plan, conduct, analyze, and document testing, requalification, and product characterization to improve designs.
