Job summary

Pharmaron is seeking a Scientist I/II - LC-MS/MS Bioanalysis in Exton, PA. The role focuses on developing, optimizing, troubleshooting, and validating LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods to support DMPK and regulated studies.

You will work with advanced mass spectrometry platforms in a global CRO/CDMO environment, gaining exposure to diverse modalities and complex bioanalysis early in your career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of relevant bioanalytical laboratory experience.
• Hands-on LC-MS/MS bioanalysis experience including method development/validation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and validate LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods for DMPK projects.
• Perform bioanalytical sample analysis for development, validation, and regulated studies.
• Operate LC-MS/MS and HPLC platforms and stay current with MS technologies.
• Design experiments aligned with client objectives and quality standards.
• Analyze and report bioanalytical data; resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain thorough documentation of procedures, results, and conclusions.
• Prepare protocols, validation reports, and study reports; contribute to scientific docs.
• Support GLP and regulated activities following applicable procedures.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in scientific reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
