Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and a passion for troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80% as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation, startup, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced automation and control systems at customer sites.
• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Learn industry-leading technologies through hands-on field experience and mentorship from experienced engineers.
• Assist with system testing, quality assurance activities, and performance evaluations.
• Provide on-site and remote support during project implementation and system upgrades.
• Participate in customer training sessions and FATs.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop strong technical, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills through real-world experience.
• Contribute to the improvement of operational procedures, field documentation, and best practices.
• Build a deep understanding of critical infrastructure systems that support power generation and water treatment operations.
