Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM, seeks an Electrical Engineer to join the Electrical Systems Integration team to design, test, and flight‑level evaluate avionics for national defense programs.

You will work with multi‑disciplinary teams, present results, and support offsite integration campaigns; a Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain DOE Q clearance are required; experience with C/C++/Python and MATLAB is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Design, analyze, integrate, test, and demonstrate electronics and avionics flight and ground systems for advanced aerospace applications.
• Present design, analysis, and test results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute test plans, assembly procedures, and other work instructions for flight system components, assemblies, and software/hardware.
• Work as a member of high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Travel to support integration and test campaigns at off-site locations including launch facilities, production partners, and system integrators.
