You will design and facilitate workshops, onboarding, and career development programs, coaching associates and guiding them toward next steps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of facilitation/creation of onboarding, professional, or career development programs.
• 1+ years of coaching/associate development experience.
• Insurance or financial services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and build content for in-person workshops, experiential learning, online sessions, assessments, and other learning collateral.
• Support planning and execution of new hire onboarding.
• Create curriculum, courses, materials, and assessments for Career Development Programs.
• Administer, facilitate, and assess emerging talent development programs using departmental processes and tools.
• Promote learning opportunities and execute the communication strategy.
