Professional Search Group- OC is seeking a Junior Cloud & AI Engineer to join a team building production automation across client environments. You will work closely with senior leadership to design, build, and deploy real automation that touches live systems.

Your first project focuses on intelligent call-routing and screen-pop integrations using API lookups, Terraform, and Azure, with hands-on guidance and mentorship throughout.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Computer Science or related degree.
• Solid Python knowledge from coursework, projects, or internship.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, branches, commits, and PRs.

Responsibilities

• Integrate third-party APIs (telephony, PSA/ticketing) into automated workflows.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architectural decisions, not just implementation.
• Document work clearly so others can pick it up.
