Job summary
NICE is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to shape infrastructure automation and AI-driven operations across a global cloud platform. You will design end-to-end pipelines, automate region provisioning in AWS, and integrate AI models into deployment workflows.
The role spans SRE, DevOps, Systems, Networking, and Voice Engineering to improve resilience. You'll work with Terraform/CDK/Pulumi, Kubernetes, and modern observability tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams on sovereign
Qualifications
- 5+ years in software engineering with backend, infra automation or platform emphasis.
- Production-grade Python or Go; TypeScript/Node.js is a plus.
- Deep AWS experience (IAM, EC2, EKS, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch).
- Hands-on API automation with REST/GraphQL.
- CI/CD tooling and IaC (Terraform/CDK/Pulumi).
- Experience with LLM APIs and AI-powered workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end automation pipelines for region builds and bootstrapping.
- Develop AI-powered operations and change risk scoring within deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with SRE/DevOps/Systems/Network teams on automation.
- Create MCP server integrations for tooling like ServiceNow, Jira, and AWS APIs.
