Job summary

Formlabs is seeking an Early Career Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for 50+ interns yearly, spanning technical and non-technical roles. You will partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs and drive intern-to-hire outcomes.

You will plan and attend campus events to promote our talent brand, manage onboarding and development for interns, and support in-person recruiting at our Somerville office. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, student development and/or people operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting.
• Strong prioritization and project management with attention to detail.
• Willing to travel up to 25% during peak campus recruiting seasons and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and early career programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for 50+ interns per year across technical and non-technical teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define early career hiring needs and drive intern-to-hire outcomes.
• Plan and attend college career fairs and campus events to promote our talent brand and convert applicants.
• Manage intern onboarding, development, and offboarding with People Operations.
• Work primarily in Somerville, MA to support in-person intern program and events.
