Big Blue Marble Academy in Allen, TX is hiring an Early Child Care Assistant Teacher for a three-year-old classroom (9:00am–6:00pm). You’ll collaborate with the Lead Teacher to deliver activities, support children, and document milestones using electronic daily tracking.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated experience working with children; childcare/preschool preferred.
• CDA or degree in early childhood preferred.
• Able to stand 6–8 hours daily and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to visually supervise children at all times.

Responsibilities

• Work with Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities and keep the classroom running.
• Partner with families to nurture children and document milestones using tracking tools.
• Follow safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean and safe.
