Big Blue Marble Academy is seeking an Early Child Care Assistant Teacher to join our team and help deliver a nurturing, developmentally appropriate program for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

You will work with the Lead Teacher to implement daily activities, track milestones electronically, and ensure a safe, engaging classroom. Opportunities for career advancement and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children in daycare or preschool preferred.
• CDA credential or an early childhood degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities and ensure the classroom runs smoothly.
• Partner with families to nurture and care for children and document milestones using electronic daily tracking.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean and safe.
