Big Blue Marble Academy is hiring an Early Child Care Assistant Teacher to join a team that values teamwork, giving back and making a difference. You’ll help Lead Teacher plan daily activities for infants to preschoolers and use electronic daily tracking to capture milestones, building a caring, inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children; child care, daycare or preschool preferred.
• Early childhood coursework, CDA or degree preferred.
• Employees must stand for 6–8 hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and supervise children visually.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher to facilitate daily activities and ensure the classroom runs smoothly.
• Partner with families to nurture children and document milestones using tracking.
• Follow enhanced safety guidelines to keep the classroom clean and safe.
