Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, servicing multiple accounts and following planograms and safety guidelines. You will work to attract consumers and maintain stock through rotations, with a focus on efficient store support and collaboration with management.

Schedule: 5:30am - 6:30am start, Monday–Friday; travel noted with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective communication skills, written and spoken.
• Customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and rotate products in cold vaults and on shelves according to procedures and programs.
• Fill and merchandize coolers and displays in-store.
• Organize back room cooler and manage stock and returns.
• Build business relationships with store personnel and communicate opportunities to drivers and management.
