Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Merchandiser to service multiple retail accounts in the Raleigh and Clayton area. You will present products, follow planograms, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams to drive shelf visibility and sales.

The role requires an early start (5:30am) and a daily route from Monday to Friday, with mileage reimbursement for travel between stores. High school diploma or GED and strong communication are expected.

Qualificações

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products in cold vaults and on shelves.
• Fills coolers and displays on the sales floor as needed.
• Organizes back room cooler, stacks products, and handles returns/disposals.
• Builds relationships with store personnel and communicates follow-up on requests.
