Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser topresent products at our customer retail locations. You will service multiple bulk accounts, merchandising approved products safely and following quality guidelines, while adhering to planograms and communicating with store management.

The role emphasizes hands-on merchandising, moving products from backrooms to displays, and maintaining back-room organization. Weekend work and travel between local stores are typical responsibilities.

Formación

• Effective communication including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs and expectations.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Physically moves products from backroom to display areas.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves where permitted; rotates products and checks vendor operations.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; handles returns and damaged items.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-ups and proactive communication.
