TELUS Health is seeking a Bilingual EAP Clinical Counsellor (Social Worker, Psychotherapist or Psychologist) to work from home in Quebec. This permanent role offers flexibility with 2 to 5 days per week and focuses on providing short-term counselling through telehealth.

You will join a large team of EAP counsellors, leveraging technology to minimize admin tasks while delivering compassionate, client-centered care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in mental health or related field.
• Active registration with OPQ or OTSTCFQ (master's level required).
• At least five years of clinical experience.
• Ability to set short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach.
• Empathetic and able to manage crisis or high-risk situations.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle high client volumes.

Responsabilités

• Provide short-term counselling via phone and video sessions.
• Reduce administrative tasks using clinical templates and technology tools.
• Participate in team meetings and peer groups with open discussions.
