Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a dedicated caregiver on our Main Campus to provide assessment, counseling, and referral services for employees and eligible household dependents under the Caring for Caregivers program. You will also handle case management, monitoring, and both onsite and virtual support including critical incident response, while consulting with leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the Behavioral Sciences.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT) in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief assessment, counseling, and referral services for employees and eligible household dependents.
• Provide case management and monitoring for mandatory participants and EAP referrals.
• Provide onsite and virtual support services, including critical incident response (CIR).
• Provide consultation and training to organizational leaders and employees.
• Document all actions per professional and departmental standards.
